They are listed down in order of preference and be sure to share with them that you are with Candela Properties.The vast majority of our furnace issues last season were properties that did not complete the annual furnace tune-up, so PLEASE BE PROACTIVE with these items. Once the temps really dip, these vendors will get booked rather quickly, so don’t delay.SPRINKLERS: If your home has an in-ground sprinkler system, it needs to be winterized to prevent burst or damaged pipes/backflows. This is especially important for furnaces as HVAC techs will check for gas leaks, replace filters, etc before it’s needed for the first time this season.
