Created on the belief that good things happen when the right elements (owners, tenants and management) come together, Candela Properties LLC offers a different approach to the traditional method of managing rental properties. As a result, we don’t get traditional results, such as evictions, non-payment of rent and destroyed properties.

We firmly believe that the landlord-tenant relationship doesn’t have to be adversarial and that the landlord and tenant can work together for mutual benefit.
