Summer Maintenance Notes

1. Gutters should be cleared and free of debris so rain water can flow away from the foundation of the property. If assistance is needed, call of of the general contractors on our links page.

2. Homes with lawns should be aerated, fertilized and watered at least 2 to 3 times per week depending on rainfall. If you have a sprinkler system, any of the landscape vendors can activate those.

3. Check and change batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
