Created on the belief that good things happen when the right elements (owners, tenants and management) come together, Candela Properties LLC offers a different approach to the traditional method of managing rental properties. As a result, we don’t get traditional results, such as evictions, non-payment of rent and destroyed properties.

We firmly believe that the landlord-tenant relationship doesn’t have to be adversorial and that the landlord and tenant can work together for mutual benefit. We highly emphasize the team approach with both owners and tenants and hold both to higher standards with the goal of achieving positive relationships with everyone involved.

SPRING/ SUMMER 2012 Maintenance Notes

1. Gutters should be cleared and free of debris so rainwater can flow away from the foundation of the property. If assistance is needed, call of of the general contractors on our links page.

2. Homes with lawns should be aerated, fertilized and watered at least 2 to 3 times per week depending on rainfall. If you have a sprinkler system, any of the landscape vendors can activate those.

3. Check and change batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
